    Get the KashRide Captain app and sign up.

  2. 2

    Upload your documents

    Driving licence, RC, fitness certificate and insurance, plus a quick live selfie. Our team reviews them and you can track each one in the app.

    Get approved, go online

    Once approved, go online and start receiving ride requests.

Questions captains ask

Is it really zero commission?

Yes. KashRide takes no percentage of your fares and adds no per-ride fee. Tips are not held back either. Our revenue is the flat monthly membership.

What if I earn very little in a month?

The membership is a fixed amount, so it does not shrink in a slow month. The calculator shows the break-even point: below it, a platform charging commission could cost you less than a flat membership. We would rather you know that before you join.

What happens when my membership lapses?

Each month you pay the membership for that month. If it is unpaid, you get a grace period at the start of the month (currently 7 days). After that you stop being offered new rides until you pay. The app reminds you before the month ends.

Can I cancel?

There is no long contract: you choose whether to pay for each coming month. If you do not renew, your membership simply lapses as described above. Ask support if you need anything else.

Do I need to be approved first?

Yes. Our team reviews your documents before you can receive ride requests. Applying does not guarantee approval.
